Kohath
The second son of Levi and grandfather of Moses and Aaron, ancestor of the Kohathite clan. Their charge in the wilderness was the most sacred: the ark, the table, the lampstand, the altars and the vessels of the sanctuary, which they carried on their shoulders with poles after Aaron and his sons had covered them — they were not to touch or look at the holy things, on pain of death. Their camp was on the south side of the tabernacle, and Korah's rebellion came from among them.

Genesis 46:11
These are the names of the sons of Levi according to their generations: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari; and the years of the life of Levi were one hundred thirty-seven years.
