Bethuel
The son of Nahor and Milcah, nephew of Abraham, and the father of Rebekah and Laban. He appears briefly when Abraham's servant comes to Haran seeking a wife for Isaac: with Laban he acknowledges that the matter has come from the Lord and says he can speak neither bad nor good against it, giving Rebekah leave to go. Jesus's own genealogy runs through the family, and Isaac's line continues through the daughter he sent away with a blessing.

Bethuel became the father of Rebekah. These eight Milcah bore to Nahor, Abraham’s brother.
Genesis 22:23
Before he had finished speaking, behold, Rebekah came out, who was born to Bethuel the son of Milcah, the wife of Nahor, Abraham’s brother, with her pitcher on her shoulder.

Genesis 24:50 — Consents to the marriage
Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah, the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Paddan Aram, the sister of Laban the Syrian, to be his wife.
Genesis 25:20
Arise, go to Paddan Aram, to the house of Bethuel your mother’s father. Take a wife from there from the daughters of Laban, your mother’s brother.
