Rameses
A store city in the Egyptian delta built by Israelite forced labour, and the place from which the exodus set out (Exodus 1:11; 12:37).
Where in scripture
Therefore they set taskmasters over them to afflict them with their burdens. They built storage cities for Pharaoh: Pithom and Raamses.
