Horeb
The mountain of God, generally identified with Sinai. Moses saw the burning bush here and later received the law, and Elijah, fleeing Jezebel, came to Horeb and heard God not in wind, earthquake or fire but in a still small voice (Exodus 3:1; 1 Kings 19:8-12).
