Iberia
The far western end of the Mediterranean world, roughly modern Spain and Portugal. Paul wrote of his intention to travel to Spain after visiting Rome; scripture does not record whether he reached it (Romans 15:24, 28).
Where in scripture
whenever I travel to Spain, I will come to you. For I hope to see you on my journey, and to be helped on my way there by you, if first I may enjoy your company for a while.
Romans 15:24 — cited in the description of Iberia
