Derbe
A town of Lycaonia in the interior of Asia Minor. Paul and Barnabas came here after Paul was stoned at Lystra, made many disciples, and returned through the city again on later journeys; Gaius of Derbe was among Paul's travelling companions (Acts 14:20-21; 20:4).
