Tertullus
The professional orator hired by the high priest Ananias and the elders to present the case against Paul before Felix at Caesarea. He opened with elaborate flattery of the governor's reforms, then charged Paul with being a plague, a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes, and a man who had tried to profane the temple.
