Lucius of Cyrene
One of the prophets and teachers of the church at Antioch, named in Acts alongside Barnabas, Simeon called Niger, Manaen and Saul. It was while this group was worshipping and fasting that the Holy Spirit said, 'Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them' — the moment the first missionary journey began. A Lucius is also greeted in Romans as Paul's kinsman, though whether it is the same man is not certain.
