Jason

The host who put Paul and Silas up at Thessalonica. When the mob attacked the house looking for them and could not find them, they dragged Jason before the city authorities instead, shouting that these men who had turned the world upside down had come here too, and that Jason had received them. He was made to post bond before being released — after which the believers sent Paul and Silas away by night to Berea.
